Any experience out there with the sensors freaking out. Mine have slowly been glitching over the last few weeks and now it’s every 5 min. Sensor errors come up on the dash and I can’t use cruise or self drive on the hwy or detect other cars while back g out of a parking spot. Pic is some of the warning lights that pop up.
Ive done 2 hard resets which works for a few miles then right back to the same.

Its going in for a recall tomorrow and I'll have them check the 12v , but they replaced it in July of 25.

are the sensors clean? I think there were some that had water intrusion into the sensor connectors but if still in warranty then let Rivian deal with it.

I had something similar due to water getting into a wiring harness. Eventually they failed entirely, but it was a warranty fix to replace the harness and get everything working again.

Sensors clean, one has a scuff from someone touching me in a parking lot lot, gear gaurd did not pick it up. But it’s been scuffed for 6mo and still working

I’m out of warrantee, so hoping for a simple fix. I’ll find out tomorrow.

My truck is in the SC for now the second weekend with these precise issues. Just got a update that they are waiting on part. On Wed I heard that the front center sensor control modules were approved to be installed and were to be delivered on Thursday.
I just got updated that one module is on backorder. :(

Backorder can become highly problematic. :( Hopefully next week they will arrive.

But yeah, get a ticket opened as soon as you can @Ryanrivian because you may be in a wild ride.

This is the 6th attempt in fixing driver+

Yikes, I think I’m falling into the same path. They initially replaced the sensors on the front bumper., one did have a scuff on it, but it’s been there for probably half a year and didn’t impact Driver plus.

So the repair failed just a mile or two from the shop when I picked it up, now they have it back and have been reinstalling old software and Ithey said that it is a software problem and it’s been escalated. They have been great with giving me updates, and let me use a loaner.

I’ll post when I hear someting

I have the exact same issues. It's on its 3rd attempt fixing it, and judging from this it is a major known issue if the parts are on backorder. Time to trade this in for sure.

Oh man, my vehicle started acting up yesterday. I got the sensor issue, did a hard reset and it gone. I notice also the truck stayed on WiFi for 12hrs I guess to top off the 12v. The driver screen looked like it woke up from a reset when I first got in. Purchased 21 Jan 2026.

So I just heard from Rivian and I’m curious about any thoughts that are out there on this, TLDR above is driver plus has failed.

They found that my chiller had a leak, that’s the same chiller that cools both the cabin and components within the car itself. Rivian is recommending that I fix the leak that they claim I have in my chiller and maybe that will fix the ACM sensor as it is cooled by the chiller. It’s a 1700$ fix without a guarantee that it will solve the problem and I’m already in for 700$ worth of sensors I’ve already replaced.

Anyone else out there get any repairs to the chiller system and have a positive result with ACM sensor failures?

No experience here, but the AXM module that controls Driver + is indeed water cooled, so the service center's explanation is at least plausible.
