Hi All,
I wanted to see if anyone had a contact email for the Head of Rivian service. I have been having issues at my local SC adjusting somthing mutiple time and it need to be adjusted again. This time it is causing damage to the paint. The SC is refusing to fix the issue. I would like to esclate the issue but no one is willing to help out on Rivian's side. Thanks

Maybe if you share more details about your situation, others can offer advice on how to work with your SC to get it taken care of?

When I had a service challenge I called the main Rivian number and simply said that I believe I'm being treated unfairly, and that I would like to escalate my case to a manager or other person with more authority. In around two hours I had a call from that person, and followup calls every few hours until resolved. Simple, effective, excellent response.
