More to the point, I would be embarrassed to admit I installed it. Hey, I wonder if I could get EV sounds piped into my ZO6?

Hopefully they keep the tech stuff optional for people like you.....but for people like me....I find it fun. Can't be driving the toys all the time....can't do work stuff stuff in those....although my R1T is the closest to toy status I have had in a daily work machine yet....

I’d like it to make stagecoach sounds.

One of the best things about the Rivian is that I can hear the horse hooves hitting the asphalt when I pass them. We have a lot of horse & buggies here in Lancaster and it presented numerous "teaching moments" when my twins were learning to drive.

That is a hidden benefit! I spent about 10 years in Philly and had to make monthly visits to Lancaster for an account I had there. It was quite the contrast from CO and Philly for sure...

There was so much discussion about the "acceleration sounds" in the cabin of the Mach E. Personally I liked them, helped keep the motion sickness at bay since you had that feedback of going faster, but a lot of folks turned it off.
