No, this particular screen only has the two icons you see on your display.

there used to be an additional section there but it vanished back in feb/mar of this year with one of the many UI overhauls

Odometer is not a "setting". And that's a hill I'll die on, LOL. ?
I don't disagree... but at least it's under the "About" section, which is laterally appropriate. You also "set" your trip meter, so an argument could be made. :CWL:

Agree with OM, both OD and Trip meter should be on driver center screen, along with outside temp, time among other things.
