South San Francisco Servide Center experience

I have had so many bad experiences with SSF. I will never take my R1T to SSF for service again. Brought my bride there for an R2 test drive today, what an F'd up welcome. The only human in the office refused to help us, because "I'm service" If we buy her an R2, it will be somewhere else. The SSF front team has been shit for over a year. I live 5 miles away, but I'll drive 50 miles to avoid these assholes.

Sorry to hear about your experiences. I purchased my R1T from there and have had service work without issue. The only challenge I had was when I wanted to have the latest tonneau cover installed I had to go to San Jose.

Very slow diagnostic service at this location (like 3 weeks), but relatively quick repair. I was told when I called mid-June of this year that some of their techs had been sent to some Midwest location to help with backlog there. I forget where, I wish I had written that down.
