Mine was doing it and was very loud. I made a thread on it. But it just stopped one day and hasn’t come back. Weird.

It flaps in front of the radiator. Below painted part of the bumper. When the car is asleep they are closed when the car is turning on - they are opening. I had the same issue but it was crazy louder. I put some lubricant on the corners of the flaps where they are moving and no more sound.
Which lubricant?

I only know of two things
WD40, and duct tape.

duct tape isn't a lubricant so WD40? :)

I had the same issue deciding what to use... After checking the garage’s cabinets found this.

I had my R1T into the SC for this. They told me that there was a rubber hose that was rubbing up against the louvers as they cycled open when the truck wakes up. They repositioned the hose, and no more Dracula’s coffin sound.
Which rubber hose? This sound will be great for frunk or treat next weekend! I'll move it back in place after.

I have a similar sound when it's cold out.
