Checked with my guide and she said she's still keeping an eye on things. Of course they are slammed as they are working through trying to get all the trucks in driveways.
So I'm still stuck in purgatory for now - glad some of y'all are able to get out of step 8 quickly! To those of us still waiting - I raise a glass!

I have a feeling I'll be leaving purgatory soon! I got an unprompted call from my guide today, it's either en route or at the Bellevue service center. Once it arrives, "it'll only be a couple days for them to quality check it." Then STEP 8 OPENS!

Good luck, mine has allegedly been at Bellevue for a week now and I’m still locked out of scheduling a delivery. I’m starting to think they dropped it off the truck or something and are waiting for a replacement.

I don't know how I'm going to make it. I've been in Stage 8 purgatory for 36ish hours and I'm going crazy. Even if I had to schedule the delivery in 2 weeks I just want to be able to do that. The not knowing the end date is driving me crazy. ?

Oof. Any word from your rep about timeframe? Mine said my truck was in IL on Monday morning. So that at least helped me tamper down expectations of getting it this week. As much as that sucked, at least I knew that one piece.

Since 3/16 here
Guide doesn't have that level of detail for me - I'm hoping that it's here in ATL just waiting in line for PDI.
It's been a LONG week!

Yeah. The not knowing. At the risk of aging myself and in the name of self soothing, I try to take the prep and QA literally and imagine them applying Polyglycoat (my dad would be losing his mind) or Biff is putting that second coat of wax on?

I’m still of the actual mind that it’s either the queue and/or paperwork. I’d hate to think mine actually needs an additional 3 days (at least) of QA Or prep.

Edit: Scheduled for 3/31 3-4!!! Needed guide intervention as system showed no slots available, as others have seen. Would have been great sooner, of course, but will consider myself very, very fortunate on many fronts. Without knowing truck would arrive that day, my wife had already planned a surprise overnight jaunt that day that the R1T will join us on!

I think its in Dallas....so 4.5 hours away from me. He said it was getting the big software update yesterday. Maybe they are downloading on the Edge network.

Edit: Purgatory just ended! And there are no delivery dates available. Booo. Guide is working on it.

I guess I am in Purgatory as well. All of my documents have been completed and I am waiting for #8 delivery to open. I was told before the end of the month so it should be sOOn. I keep checking their website, my email, and phone for word of it happening. Patience Grasshopper.

Don’t be so sure, you’ve moved on to a new kind of purgatory. I have had step 8 open since Monday but just keeps telling me ‘no time slots available’. My guide told me yesterday she could manually get me something scheduled but crickets since then. ?‍
