Stage 8 Purgatory

Step 8 Purgatory since 3/16 (and all paid for at same time). Was told yesterday by my Guide that Rivian tech started PDI at SPhonix SC yesterday, but of course no one tells you exactly how long that takes....I'm hoping by tonight or tomorrow morning Step 8 will be unlocked. Installed my Rivian Wall Mount charger that arrived yesterday, so some progress.

Been in purgatory since Friday 3/18. On Monday, Guide said it’s in the Phx SC. I think I’m more impatient this week than the prior year combined.

My guide reached out and this new ~2 hour purgatory, somehow worse than the week long stage 8 purgatory is now over!
Scheduled delivery is tomorrow March 24th at 10am. Tonight is going to be rough.

I’m finally escaping after 9 days here in Seattle, got the email today and I’m booked to be driving my R1T on Saturday morning!

I also am out of jail on section 8. I called the guide and she got back very quickly with a date of the 30th at 9:15. This was after seeing on their site no available appointments in March nor April. I can wait a week, I think.

Same here. My guide just got back to me and I can get my R1T this weekend, haven’t booked a specific appointment yet but sOOn!!!

I did get email for step 8 this morning. I got scheduled today after manual intervention from guide. System said no appointments available. He said ATL SC is slammed so first available was afternoon of 3/31. Maybe those close to ATL SC will do better. I keep having this Carly Simon song and a ketchup commercial go through my head now.

Stage 8 3/22 checking in from Charleston, SC. My wire transfer for the down payment left my account this AM, and my guide emailed me to confirm they received the check at the office for the remaining balance.

My initial call on Monday indicated I should expect to take delivery before the end of the month, so it looks like they must be packing out the Atlanta center for us southern folks. Still doesn't seem real....
