They are still NCM batteries but Rivian has said they will switch to LFP in the future. I still wouldn't charge a standard to 100% daily.

Nobody knows for sure if the standard is a software locked SP and if it is if Rivian will allow unlocking extra capacity after delivery.
Would be trivial to test this. Charge to 100% and turn off the regen brake assist. Assuming the battery is close to 70F you should have zero regen reduced on the driver display. The Large pack will reduce regen above 94% regardless of battery temperature. If there is reduced regen, then they either aren't software locked Std+ or they're using more of the top end of the battery, which wouldn't make sense. And once they actually do change to LFP chemistry you'd actually need to routinely charge to 100% to properly calibrate the BMS since the voltage drop is much smaller than NMC and it relies more on the actual energy consumption to estimate %SoC.
