I wouldn't read too much into a single data point like this unless it becomes a trend. Yes, this one sold at a ~15% discount to MSRP (including buyer's fee), but the last few had much smaller discounts (mid to high single digit).

Case in point....a new R1S just sold on CnB today for ~$90k including 4.5% buyers fee vs. a $94k MSRP. Seems like the one yesterday was an outlier most likely.
