I just completed my amendment in Turbo Tax. You have to put purchase and delivery date as 8/15/2022, even though your model year is 2023. You don't mention anything about a BPA on the form, so even if they rule it is not eligible, it will only come up if they flag you for an audit. So you could have a situation where someone gets flagged, they rule the BPA is not valid for the credit, but then 99% of buyers are unaffected.

What if Rivian wrote 8/16/2022 for the date on the BPA? Even though I think I signed it a few days prior to that.
