Where you taking the truck for the PPF and ceramic? I’ve been using Knox Auto Spa

I’ve never used PPF or ceramic coating but I’ve gotten an education on these forums over the past three years. Going to SoCal Detail over by the Porsche/Jaguar dealership.

It actually worked out good because I’ve got to go out of the country next Friday so it should be done when I return.

Yeah, I’d love to meet up sometime.

Went by the Franklin service center yesterday
Looks pretty much the same as the previous video
Couple of tables in the front and some equipment in the bays (lift racks and computer monitors)
There was a R1S sitting in the parking lot

R1S window moved to Feb-Mar '23. Hopefully thats the last time the window moves. I feel like getting that service center open would go a long way...but who knows. Congrats @Otisbrick!

Also in Nashville waiting for our R1S.
So far I've only seen one R1T around Vanderbilt once.
Drove by the Franklin Service Center about a week ago. They had maybe 20 R1Ts and 10 R1Ss on the lot awaiting delivery. I went inside and asked if they would offer 1st-mile test drives any time s00n, which they denied. But they also stated, that they were still waiting for some State permits before becoming fully operational.

I'm about 30 minutes north of Knoxville. I picked up a demo model El Cap LE R1T back in May.

I've been driving a company car though the week and my R1T on the weekends. On the weekends I'm running errands with it, towing my travel trailer or using it to ferry my daughter to/from Vanderbilt University in Nashville.

I'm east of Knoxville in Jefferson County.
I'd be interested in a meet-up if I can manage to be in town (I travel frequently for work)
Trails sound interesting - I've never done any in the Rivian.
Truthfully I really haven't done any since my '87 Nissan king cab - which I routinely had covered in mud so thick, you couldn't tell it was silver - but it was a lot less $$ than the Rivian and I was a hormone fueled youngster...

We need our own service center. We are about 200 miles from one in Franklin, Sheperdsville, Atlanta and the new one in Duncan, SC. All of them end up being 4 hours away!

Yeah, we are right in the area where they keep adding SCs, but none of them help us.
