According to the story, Wagoneer S EV to start delivery in early 3Q, with Recon in 4Q.

"...Jeep claims the Wagoneer S will be “lightning fast,” packing 600 hp for a 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3.5 seconds."
and
"The Recon will be a “rugged and fully capable electric SUV” inspired by the off-road Jeep Wrangler. Previous head of Jeep North America, Jim Morrison, said the Recon EV “has the capability to cross the mighty Rubicon Trail.” Not only that, it will “reach the end of the trail with enough range to drive back to town and recharge,” Morrison claimed."

Both look like decent first options from Jeep. Will be curious to see where the pricing ends up on the Recon.

I'm looking forward to the EV Grand Cherokee, for obvious reasons.

You mean Cherok-e
Yeah, but not the 4xe. That's the plug-in hybrid version already available. I wonder if they'll come up with a clever name for their full EV 4WD system.

They need to bring over the Avenger that they sell in Europe. They could take over the compact SUV market in the US with that.

Those were probably Wrangler 4xe, their PHEV. Wrangler forum seems split on whether it's the biggest POS Jeep has ever made or the best plug in hybrid on the market.

If it’s the biggest POS jeep has ever made, doesn’t that make it just a “Jeep thing we’ll never understand?”

It’s very on-brand.
