They’re everywhere!

With the exception of the one time I invited a bunch of people from nearby cities, I haven't ever seen one other than mine in my hometown (Denton, TX).

And surprisingly, I haven't seen any "in the wild" in the entire DFW area. The only times I see any others are when I'm at a meetup or the Service Center.

Conversely, when we visited Colorado Springs for a couple of days, I saw no less than three.

It was pretty rare to see them out here in the DelMarVa area after the few initial deliveries early last year from the temporary delivery center in Rockville. But now we’re seeing more and more out here. Although I still haven’t seen an R1S in person yet though so that’s still a unicorn for me haha. And come to think of it, I haven’t seen all the Rivian colors yet.

Talk about timing! I saw my first R1S in the wild today! That is a good looking SUV! And I can finally cross Rivian Blue off the list of colors I haven’t seen in person yet!

Sometimes I see rivians where the driver doesn’t wave or seem to care and I’m confused how everyone isn’t as excited as me (and my kids) to see another rivian on the road— and I see a minimum of four on an average day!

I was picking up food at a place in my neighborhood a couple weeks ago and saw another R1T in the lot. The guy who owned it and his younger kids (5ish? I'm bad with kids ages) were walking out at the little girl was adorably excited and said "look daddy, another Rivian!!" Smile and a dude nod and we were in our way.

We have a house in the country, about an hour northwest of Chicago. We were the only Rivian around when we took delivery in December. I saw three last week.

I was surprised to see people waving and waved back. Feels like riding a motorcycle now. There will always be some dudes on cruisers, who don't wave back.

I miss that part of owning a motorcycle.

I don’t yet see one every day in my town, but I do see them fairly often. There are at least 2 other R1Ts and 1 R1S locally. Also at least one delivery van in the town next to us. There are *tons* of Teslas around here, and so far they have had the best reactions to seeing our R1T drive by. ?
My husband sees more Rivians regularly on his commute to work.
We drive through the Santa Rosa area regularly on trips, and there are so many Rivians up there! Lots of R1Ts, R1Ss, and multiple delivery vans spotted on those drives.
