Tire change ride height suggestion differs between guide and service setting

What ride height do you use for changing the R1 tires? The service guide says to use all purpose standard but the service menu tire change slider shows all terrain highest. Screenshots below.

They're both correct - the first part is telling you what to do if you experience a flat while driving, while the second is how to set the vehicle for actually changing the tire. You want it in Offroad Highest because then you don't have to worry about the suspension dropping the wheel while changing the tire.
