No, I don't sell tires of any kind. I drive an R1T with studded directional snows in the winter, and OEM in the summer (at the moment, until they wear out). So the rotation differs depending on which tires are on the vehicle.... Maybe you used to have a tire center rotate them but now you don't trust them because of inadequate knowledge about jack pucks. Whatever, proper information is always a good idea.
If the other poster or anyone else is using a shop unfamiliar with jack pucks, we’ve put together a quick and easy video on proper tire servicing. Customers have walked tire shops through the video and never had a question.

No, I don't sell tires of any kind. I drive an R1T with studded directional snows in the winter, and OEM in the summer (at the moment, until they wear out). So the rotation differs depending on which tires are on the vehicle. Since that is a common combination of tires in this neck of the woods, it seems reasonable to just remind people. I'm not saying it's Rivian's responsibility; I'm just saying it would be nice to remind people / give them a heads up. Common courtesy, that's all. You may not even know the snows you have on are directional if you had a tire center select and put them on for you. Maybe you used to have a tire center rotate them but now you don't trust them because of inadequate knowledge about jack pucks. Maybe you used to have the tire center rotate them but now you don't trust them because you've had wheels come lose due to inadequate torquing (I know, you're supposed to retighten after 50-100 mi, but most people who use a tire center don't do that). I've had 2 wheels come lose on 2 separate occasions from Subaru wheel changes. Whatever, proper information is always a good idea.
I'll admit, I live in a place with zero weather, so I've never dealt with snow tires. I also have zero trust that a tire shop will ever do the simplest tasks correctly. To the point where I typically take my tires/wheels off at home, drive them to the shop and then reinstall myself at home. I automatically search procedures, torque specs , etc out of habit, because I was disappointed so many times by mechanic shops, so I just had to learn. Rivian has been no different, including their certified body shops who like to leave panel fasteners and screws completely off.

My only point was that Rivian goes extremely out of the way to make sure you stay with their certified replacement items. I don't blame them for not including tire rotation info , which would make it look like they condone the use of non Rivian certified parts, tires, steps, rock sliders, roof racks.... etc.

I've had the same issues and response you have. I don't like dealing with tires; it gets harder and harder as I get older and can't lift what I used to and I've got plenty of other things to do. But you do what you feel you need to do.

I'm not saying Rivian should tell you how to rotate non OEM tires; I'm only saying it would be nice if they pointed out that if you have non OEM tires you may need to rotate differently depending on the type of tread. A simple one line statement, no diagram necessary. Maybe one of those little yellow hand note thingies by it.

First of all it’s not incorrect - the manual is fine. Your title is extremely misleading - seemingly on purpose.

/edit; I see this has been covered - carry on

Multiple techs have complemented my RAM 2363 wheels, one even said with my Pirelli AS+3s (technically under load index spec) it looked "like a racecar." 🤷🏼‍♂️

I've got directional Sport tires on my rivian. There's a reason why they're directional... non directional are compromise tires.
What tires did you buy?

I may be mistaken, but I think your video is incomplete. One should loosen the lugnuts before the tires leave contact with the ground. Otherwise, the wheels (back, I think, last time I did it by mistake) can just spin. And yes, the truck was in off-road, high.
