Tualatin OR Service Center

I just received an update from Rivian today for an upcoming appointment saying they've moved to a new location:

17725 Southwest Pacific Hwy, Tualatin, OR 97062

My appointment is in April, so not sure if its open now, but according to my service advisor sounds like they've already moved in.

I hope this keeps all you Oregonites out of the WA state service center, and the service wait will go from 4 months to 3.

I had my R1S First Mile drive last Friday, and the guide that road along with me said the Tualatin location is open, and the old temp location is also still open. Each locations will be doing different things.

Tualatin location has vehicle lifts, so this is where most repairs will be taking place, especially major repairs where the vehicle would have been shipped up to Bellevue SC previously. The temp SC in Northwest District will be primarily focused on staging vehicles for delivery and on First Mile drives.

The new SC on 1st Ave is currently expected to be online this summer, in the July/August time frame, but sounded like the Tualatin location would remain open for service even after the new SC is opened up.

Thats great news, thanks for sharing the details. Will definitely help having two service centers on different sides of the PDX metro area. Tualatin is at least closer for those of us down South

I had an Service Appointment for the Bellevue, WA service center in June so I decided to see what availability Tualatin had.

It turns out they have pretty wide availability starting within a couple weeks of their opening so I scheduled Service for March at this location.

I do have an Apt in Portland so I get down there fairly often, but even if I didn't I would still consider this SC due to the long wait that Bellevue has.

Plus if I have service in June then it means the vehicle is in service when I want to use it.

Portland has had a service center for months. It's just in a temporary location.

This is the new Tualatin location.

The Rivian rep says that it opens on March 1st.

This is a location that has lifts where the other one supposedly doesn't have lifts.
