The third row probably weighs around 80 pounds? In a 7000 pound vehicle?I have just the solution for you...you can actually fold down the 3rd row of seats! I understand that some people have zero need for the 3rd row, but the lost space and added weight are negligible and you cant convince me otherwise.
I'm waiting to see what the rear of the R1S looks like with everything removed.I have just the solution for you...you can actually fold down the 3rd row of seats! Full size spare wasn’t an option on 5 seater either.I’d 1000% prefer more storage space (specifically full-size spare) vs 3rd seating.
I'm not sure if I've seen more people complain that the R1S does not have a 5 seat option or more people complain there isn't more room in the third row. Not every vehicle needs to meet everyones requirements. Buyers need to realize every vehicle is a collection of compromises, and buyers need to decide what vehicle best fills their needs, compromises and all.Is the ? ? dead???? Or should we proceed
This is going to be pretty cool I gotta say. 2024 I believe.EV Defender is your next ride, pal…

Maybe the R2's will offer the elusive 5 seat configuration that almost no other manufacturer offers.
