TWRAPS phone charger

I recently installed this phone charger. Love the placement and clean installation. Question it plugs into the under dash diag and says it’s a 25 W charger. Since installation both my screens have gone dark while driving and done a reboot. Anyone else have this issue?

That must be a software quirk unrelated to the charger, just coinciding in timing... did it happen just once or keeps happening?

Thanks for responding ( awesome product) it has happened twice and they are currently testing with another possible culprit the adapter for the SIM card causing overload or bad sim card , could be just bad timing with adding the charger

One easy test to do is to unplug the charger for a while and see if it still happens... but as I said, there should be 0 connection between the two.

I just installed one of these as well and no reboot issues.

I am partial to OEM stuff vs aftermarket but it's a great solution for 1/2 the price the Rivian re-design might be. Looks clean.

Only comment I had is the MagSafe magnets are so strong that the whole thing sometimes lifts up when removing the phone.
