Unable to sign in to app

I used the support chat and they were baffled as to why I didn't get the emails. They removed me from the email and SMS list and readded.

I suspect it won't make a difference but we'll see. I don't get recall notices either, but I get things like the rally day.

Looks like this issue is back again. Took receipt of my R1S last Friday. I was having issues with my app and the climate control feature being grayed out. Tech support told me to logout, remove app, restart R1S, reinstall app, and log back in. However when I log back in it just keeps taking me back to the Sign In screen. Tech Support contacted and they reset my password. Still no luck. They're going to escalate. Luckily not locked out since I have my card on me - good reminder to keep that handy.

On IOS, I sign-in with username/password, receive and enter in my MFA verification code and then this. Rinse, repeat, unable to login. No issues getting into the website, just the app. Anyone else running into this issue?

looks like this issue is back again - at least for me. Hope it's not another system outage (or maybe that would be a good thing so they can figure out how to fix once and for all)

Call support, they can order one for you, I purchased a second one after I picked up my R1S. I think it was around $200 configured.

Hello, I’m curious what the proximity behavior is with 2 key fobs. I will be getting my R1S soon and I am debating getting a 2nd key fob so my wife and I can each have one. It’s my understanding the key fob has proximity lock/unlock. What happens if my wife is in the car with a key and I have a key and I go into a store. Does it lock? Or does it sense a fob is in the car and stay unlocked?
Also, can proximity be turned off and I use the fob like a “regular” key fob where I manually press lock and unlock?

You can disable proximity locking for the key fobs (both or separately). I haven’t intentionally tried leaving one fob in while walking away with another to see what happens. Good question. Will try it this week.

I haven’t read all 10 pages of this thread, but I also had the same problem when I picked up on a Saturday in November. App wouldn’t let me “accept” delivery of my truck. When I got home, they suggested resetting the truck, that didn’t work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it on my iPhone, and then I couldn’t log into the app (I could log in on the website.). Then on Sunday night, about 36 hours after I picked it up, I was able to log in, and use the app/phone as a key with no issues. I don’t know what changed. I also keep a card key in my wallet for emergencies.
