Unexpected near-delivery cancellation

Curious if anyone else experienced something like this. I had a delivery appt setup a few weeks out then got a surprise delivery and order cancellation. My guide had no idea what happened. I'm sure they'll sort it out but unsettling to see it completely wiped from my account. Maybe I just got lucky with a one-off mishap.

Just happened to me yesterday. I had everything lined up - all steps complete. Delivery was to be on June 22 @ 11AM in Brooklyn. I got a text the evening before at around 6 PM saying things were canceled. Apparently, the R1T wasn't in Brooklyn - it was in Miami. Not sure how they messed it up, but if all goes well, I'll get it next week. Frustrating.

@markk well at least you know more than I do. Just hoping the car is still in my name somewhere. I even got a follow-up deposit refund confirmation ! So far no word though.

Miami ! That would be a bit of an extra drive.

OK, I get my soup after all. Just had to reload every single doc I'd already loaded. Not sure if I get my delivery scheduled date back though. I think there's a good-cop/bad-copy between my guide and the delivery center.
