Vent control not working

I know a lot of people have been having issues with vents pointing in random places but I’m having a different issue for the past few days.

My passenger center vent can not be adjusted on screen. It points straight down the center of the car, but if I swipe around on it, the button itself doesn’t move. Only thing I can do is tap it to open and close it, nothing else. All the other vents allow adjustment.

I don’t think it’s a hardware issue, but some issue with the infotainment that is blocking me from adjusting that vent. Anyone seen this issue before?

I have had something similar but was able to resolve with a reset. Might be worth a try if you have not already.
