Wanting an R1T

I apologize for any laughter that people have about this. I know this is an EXTREMELY EXTREMELY long shot, but I am looking for a R1T to buy for under 35k. I do not expect this to actually work out, but if you or anybody you know is willing to sell their Rivian R1T in the Seattle area for under 35k, that would be absolutely amazing!

The black one with hail damage doesn't look too bad. A few grand of PDR and Boom!

wait until 2027 - 28 after the R2 comes out in 2026....you will probably NOT be able to pick up a used R1 for 35k now....maaaaaaaaaaybe 65k...and that is a big maybe.

You have to keep in mind that the R1s are only 2 years old and the early adopters only got quad motors and paid between $85k and $100k. In a few year you probably will be able to get one for 35k that will have a lot of miles.

Have you thought about leasing?

Good luck but I don’t see anyone selling that low for a couple years if it’s in any decent shape at all. High mileage ones are still bringing $60’s.
