It's use is optional in any vehicle I've driven (the way it should be). I like having the camera for situations where the rear view is blocked, by people or cargo. It's definitely nice to have it on my Sierra when we have a bunch of bikes over the bed, and I miss having it when I'm driving my R1T with a tent on the bed.No please! Every vehicle I have been in with a camera instead of an analog mirror (Toyota being the worst) induces vertigo in me and LESS confidence in using it as the FOV is unnatural. Glad to hear RJ reiterate in a video I watched this week that it is the one thing he adamantly pushes back against with his designers.
