I notice "Wake Vehicle" appear on the app recently after 2023.10.0 update. Any idea what this function does to the vehicle?

I've had it for a long time. If your vehicle is asleep, you need to wake it before you can eg. turn on pre-heat. It sleeps after something like 15 minutes of no interaction

That's always been there. Any function you press (climate, unlock, etc.) will also initiate a wake-up, so on its own it doesn't have tons of value. I've used it once or twice when standing next to it if it wasn't registering my phone key so that it would be more alert for it.

It's good you're finally seeing it. It means your vehicle is sleeping. If you haven't seen it before, you were probably having a lot of vampire drain and didn't realize it.

In my experience, about half the time "Wake Vehicle" doesn't do anything.
