Dropped my truck today at the SC. They added this as a 'recall item'

Why don't you ask Copilot or Alexa or Google Assistant? These pesky AI's live for that sort of stuff ?

If you don't get a response on this forum, try calling customer support and ask them to have someone at your service center call you back. This has worked pretty well for me. I usually get a call back by the next day.

As of June 2024, Rivian has issued a recall for certain "ENIV-150" vehicles (which refers to their electric delivery vans, also known as EDVs), along with their R1S SUVs and R1T pickup trucks, due to potentially improperly aimed headlights and issues with side curtain airbag deployment, where the fasteners securing them may not have been properly tightened; you can check if your vehicle is affected by contacting Rivian or checking the NHTSA recall website using your VIN number.
