What Jack are you Packin?

I messed up on picking up one of the Badland off road jacks. I missed the sales that had previously happened with it priced below $300. As I remember, the regular price was $319. Now, they have it listed for $399, possibly due to the tariffs. I shoulda jumped on it when it was priced around $320.

Or, get their 12-ton Daytona bottle jack. It's much cheaper, lighter and more portable. You'll probably need to add to it the following from safejacks.com:

• 12 ton 3" extension https://safejacks.com/products/3-jack-extension-for-12-ton-bottle-jacks. With this extension you get the height needed to lift rear tire off of the ground. Plus, the smaller diameter top portion of the extension should fit into the bottom of pucks from Megawatt and jackpucks.com.
• 12 ton extension screw collar https://safejacks.com/products/extension-screw-collar-for-12-ton-jacks

I have these two inbound. Will follow up to confirm compatibility. If you have good rock sliders, this jack could lift entire side from the slider. Another thing to add is a jack base to keep jack from sinking into dirt.

If you just have to have a big wheel floor jack, CAT's $452 3-ton is very similar to the Badland and Pro Eagle.

Update:

• The 12 ton 3" extension from safejack.com will not fit into the 1.25" dia. (approx.) pocket at the bottom of my Megawatt pucks. Most likely will not fit jackpucks.com pucks either. A 12 to 6 ton adapter is need.
• If your bottle jack is 10 ton or less, Safe Jacks' smaller 6 ton extensions (1.25" dia.) is what you'd want. And if the pocket at the bottom of your pucks are slightly over 1.25" dia., the tip of these extensions will fit into it.
• The screw collar I mentioned before: now that I have one in hand, I don't feel it's needed at all. With pressure of vehicle weight, I doubt the extension and the jack's extension screw are going to go anywhere.
