Worcester MA Collision Repair / Wagner

Greetings from western MA. A couple months ago, when exiting a parking space in my 2025 R1T, I accidentally sideswiped some adjoining fencing and creased part of the passenger side door and lower panels. Rivian sent a list of certified centers, the nearest to me being Wagner Collision Center in Worcester, about an hour+ away. The truck's been there going on three weeks now. Any experience with this repair shop? No red flags so far, but didn't expect it to take this long to get the truck back.

King Collision. They have two locations, one in Plymouth and I think one out your way. Great people to deal with and excellent work.

I do not think I would take my T there again. My repairs took very long. There were some delays by the Riv team. I still think the WCC team could have saved some time and had better customer service.

Hopefully I am in the minority and others with a better experience reply
