Finally! A great set of true "Rivian" lug nuts. Took us a minute to design and make these, but they are done and a thing of beauty!

I am not a fan of 'encapsulated' lugs (aka factory lug nuts) - much prefer a 1-pc forged lug nut! Not only do these look fantastic, they are rock solid and will not 'come apart' like encapsulated lugs.

right, i would not use an impact on the factory shelled lugs. you can impact away on ours, they are 1pc.

I would not use an impact on them at all. The nuts aren't the weak link, it's the lugs themselves. Just had a buddy whose entire wheel fell off his 2023 Raptor due to sheared lugs. The dealer had been using impact wrenches for his wheels and fatigued the lugs to the point of complete failure...

Probably a pneumatic impact they used for tightening. Great way to ruin aluminum rims too. I always use a breaker for loosening, electric impact for quick on off/on, then torque to spec.

True, but the nerd in me was just curious. I always go with fully forged lighter wheels on my EVs, and I'm constantly looking for ways to reduce unsprung weight wherever I can with what's available, even if it's only a small difference.

I need to weigh them, but admittedly we didn't go for weight reduction here; I wanted 1-pc lug nuts - extremely durable and never worry about 'caps' coming loose or corroding. We can easily offer titanium lugs if you like, they will save a few pounds. Interest?

Don't know about Titanium, but I'd be interested in lug nuts that work with Black Rhino Voltaics instead of the Gorilla ones that I'm forced to use, which require their 6-spline key. Inconvenient.

will not work with Voltaic. They have narrow lug nut holes, so you must use the narrow gorilla lugs. or buy Team 1EV wheels, our lugs obviously work! ha ha.
