Denver Open House - and 44 R1Ts in the lot!

Hi all, it seems like there is a lot of movement lately. Last week there were 21 R1Ts in the lot (including the service and employee vehicles). Yesterday, that number ballooned to 44! And, we were told, that all of those 44 are for pre-order customers. It was a small event (the Rivian folks told me that they hope to have more events like this soon!) but fun. I did a quick overview - I'll put together more details later.

Any Launch Greens with Forest Edge, or were they all Black Mountain? Mildly concerned that my Forest Edge selection is slowing things down for me.

No limestone. but they did have, black, forest green and silver, which I had not seen (plus white, El Cap, blue, and launch green, which I had seen). They are all beautiful. Now I have even more problems deciding on a color!

Now I have a dilemma… I’ve not seen any of them in person yet, but have slight preference for Forest edge (I think). But if black mountain saves me $1500 and means I get my truck sooner, I’d seriously consider switching. ? ? ?

@opnwide snapped this one. This is the point where I realized I should have actually prepared some questions, which I didn't. I didn't know Brian was going to be there but he was super cool and did answer the few questions I had.

I guess my reservation wasn't early enough to get the invite... Nice to see that many trucks there! If they had a limestone one, I'd drop everything and go look for myself. Pretty sure it would draw a crowd if they had one.
