the prices are being rolled back tonight. If you log in and log out you will probably be back to where you started.November 2020 deposit date. Actually just a few days before the configuration page went live. I configured a LE in blue with OC interior. Later I changed to silver, because $2500 for a blue that's merely "nice" is hard to swallow. I might consider LG, but I need to see it first. I'm a little flexible on exterior color but not interior.
I still have to post 3/1 pricing. No guide contact either. I'm in the June-July delivery window, but my expectation is that it will be later. No guess on how much later. Hopefully before next winter because I don't want to have to buy new tires for my 2009 civic. I think it will last even with 326K miles and counting.
Why do you expect it to be pushed out?My price rolled back just a few mins ago. No delivery window update but good to have my original configuration back.
I am not expecting a guide contact but I do expect my Jul-Sep delivery window to be pushed out.
My R1T pre order date is 3/23/21 and I have a hard time believing I will get a truck this year. I estimate that at the time I pre ordered I was 35-38k in line. I am located 346 miles from the nearest SC.Why do you expect it to be pushed out?
Yeah, I'm feeling early 2023 as well. based on only 15k produced this year and 10k Amazon vans. I really don't know where I'm at, but July 2019 Adventure pre order.. I'm disappointed but ok.. getting a 2023 at 2018 pricing is a great deal given current EV truck market pricing.R1T/Forest Green/Adventure 3/21/21 Pre Order
IMO this window will slip to Jan-Mar 2023 and will not include the new motors or batteries.
I am disappointed in the schedule slip but not overly concerned with possible improvements.
I have an EV6 that we will enjoy until our R1T is ready. I also have an early reservation for a EV Silverado as a backup.
These are rough unpredictable times and IMO Rivian is in the perfect storm so to speak and is doing as good a job as can be expected.
With a July 2019 pre order you may get your rig this year.Yeah, I'm feeling early 2023 as well. based on only 15k produced this year and 10k Amazon vans. So it will show up in july!Chatted with CS a moment ago and they said that delivery window in account is delayed a few weeks but is still planned.
I think I’ll have a better idea when I get a two month delivery window. I was told 2023 because I had a max pack. I switched to large pack when I found out, but the delivery estimate has not been updated. So I really feel in limbo. You could get late 2023 depending on how much they are able to ramp up production. And hopefully they will have the Amazon vans out-of-the-way, and that will help. With a July 2019 pre order you may get your rig this year.
I think the phycological effect of the price hike and then price roll back for pre order holders
will have a significant positive impact on the conversion from pre order to order!
I went from thinking the R1T pre price hike was a stretch for my budget to now thinking it is a deal I cannot pass up!
I got the email on Wednesday that my price reverted to the correct amount. It has.the prices are being rolled back tonight. If you log in and log out you will probably be back to where you started.
