Eh i mean there's varying levels of spare, they are probably not going to put a dinky donut in a vehicle designed to go offroading. It may be smaller/less capable but can still be speed rated to match the other ones.My big question on this is that if it says on the tire what the speed limit or distance you can drive on it. CS told me there is no limit and you can use it like regular tires. I have hard time believing that. This is a similar one in VW Touareg:
I find that hard to believe, too! I’m pretty sure those expandable spares need to have different construction and softer tread to allow the circumference to get significantly larger as the tire diameter goes from around 24” to 32” or so. I’m just guessing after watching the video of one inflating and expanding.
