Hello all,

my 1st post here " so HELLO Fellow Rivianers"

Can you guyz advise if anyone knows of a similar issue?

I have a Launch Edition R1S ordered since January 2019 and did not get any delivery window estimate yet.
In May 2021 i got an email telling me that all well and i would get "Priority delivery timing will be reflected on your account page"
been chasing for that since May 2021 up today, i got nothing but vague emails with no actual date. !!

I do not really understand if this is just my case or someone else facing the same issue. I know delays are there, but not getting an estimate is bugging me.

any advice ?!

Email them. They'll get it to you. It probably went to your spam folder.

I'm confused by your situation. Rivian has said they gave EVERYONE a delivery window by December. If you didn't get one, they should be able to troubleshoot this with you rather easily.

I'm confused by your situation. Rivian has said they gave EVERYONE a delivery window by December. If you didn't get one, they should be able to troubleshoot this with you rather easily.
i am confused myself, I got 2 reservations, one of them " The R1T " which i reserved in December 2020 I got a delivery window July - September, but the 1st one "Launch Edition" ... NOTHING yet.

My position is lost in some kinda blackhole ... from what I notice maybe am the only one with this case here.

Join the club. I have an early December 2018 pre-order for an RT1 and I still don't have a delivery window either. I have called them twice and emailed 3 times over the last 2-to 3 months and all I get is more scripted BS about how I "should see it soon" BS. To add insult to injury a guy I talked into getting one of these who lives nearby who ordered hs 4 months after me in mid-2019 took delivery last week. Then they drove another knife into my back by stopping by my house last weekend for a "first drive" to tease me about something they won't even tell me when I will get.

My summation of the First Drive BTW, is that the truck is absolutely AWESOME, unfortunately, the company and their communication process is an absolute embarrassing JOKE and even if I do get one someday, they have pretty much ruined their long term relationship with me forever.

Everyone or just Launch Edition R1S? I also don’t have a delivery window, but did the Adventure Package.

Well if RIVIAN ever said they are lying and it is simply not true. As I said, I have a 2018 pre-order on an RT1 but I have no delivery window and despite numerous requests for one all I get out of RIVIAN is "I should see one soon".

Absolutely, the updates, the price increases, the price decreases. I even recently had my "First Drive" but no delivery window and no reason from them as to why not.

You did not receive a delivery window back in November when you still had a Max pack configured?

That's really strange and annoying.

If you're saying that you haven't received an updated estimate after you changed your from Max to large pack configuration, then that's totally normal. As far as I know, nobody has received any updated windows since November.

@Omranello Just use the chat function from the website.

I just chatted with CS and I pretended I lost my Delivery Window email. They knew the correct window date and told me right away. It took two minutes.
