I am not sure I would call it "normal" but I never received one to begin with. All I ever received was an email back in November that said if I dropped the Max pack I would be "eligible" for an "early 2022 delivery based on my early pre-order status".You did not receive a delivery window back in November when you still had a Max pack configured?
That's really strange and annoying.
If you're saying that you haven't received an updated estimate after you changed your from Max to large pack configuration, then that's totally normal. As far as I know, nobody has received any updated windows since November.
I changed to the standard pack the very next day and that was the last I ever heard from them on the subject. Since we are coming up on May, I think I can safely say I won't be getting an early 2022 delivery but I have not been asking for that. All I have been requesting from them is a delivery window. When I call them, they tell me my account does not show one but that I should be getting one "soon". They have been saying that since mid-February. I gave up on expecting the early delivery, I just want a dang delivery window. It is all extra frustrating since the only reason I selected the Max Pack, to begin with, was they originally said it would be the first type out the door. Just another of a long list of changes in direction with little to no communication.
