Potentially an employee-only rollout for the software initially (for testing purposes) so removing it means that customers won't be concerned they haven't received the update yet. If I remember correctly, that account is an employee-affiliated delivery.

How do we get notified of software updates? I got my Rivian Saturday and the field tech had thought my R1T had the function. When he looked into it, it turns out the update with the garage door is scheduled to push 5/2.
