Those who haven't seen it search rivian in your email search bar. For some reason it didn't show in my inbox but popped up after the search.

Thanks for making this. I think if they are drawing lines around 2022 vs 2023+ that would be helpful to know.

I answered based on what my delivery window was as of December, before I switched from Max to Large. (Although CS has told me different I dont trust they knew what they were talking about).

It seems wild to me that people seem to be stuck with windows based on configs they had 6 months ago.

The email went to everyone, it just takes time to trickle out. Some folks might not get it due to the inherent nature of email being an unreliable delivery mechanism, but this was 100% not a targeted email.

As proven by the fact that there are multiple people in each category who have gotten it.

I hope you're right I but I dont think the poll proves that yet.


I mean, have you see how sloppy the data is in the various other polls? People reporting they had an R1S with Max pack....

edit: also this poll is missing options for "2023+ estimated delivery R1S" and missing options for "no estimated delivery" folks (post December preorders)

I have not received it yet. I received all the other emails that were sent to everyone. Jan 2022 R1S preorder, likely 2023 delivery but no estimate so far.
None of the choices in the poll are accurate for me.

I'm not convinced he's right. As of a few minutes ago, I see only one vote for "Yes, 2023 or After Projected Delivery R1T" and that was from a member who already got one of their multiple R1 preorders delivered."

So, based on these poll results (as of a few minutes ago) not much evidence yet that EVERYONE is getting this email.

I received it and then less than half an hour later I received one titled "Your Rivian is ready for delivery." It's being delivered on Monday. So the timing was... weird.
