Bed liner holes

Does anyone know if the circular discs/patches around the upper inside of the plastic bed liner pop out or are permanent? I'm interested in using them as a mounting point for an in bed bike rack if they are removable and can be popped out (looks like they can, but I know nothing about bed liner construction).

Yes, they are covers for bolts. You can remove them by prying the edge. I wouldn't attach anything to the covers, but you can access the bolts behind the covers and remove/reinstall to attach things via the bolts. Several people have done this for mounting rails and accessories.
