I should have used "common" instead of normal. They told me it's common, especially on the 20s. It's a known problem. It's not a wheel balance issue. I was told engineering is aware and looking into it.This is unacceptable to me. There is no way in hell I'm going to accept a shaking steering wheel on my $80,000 truck. My Tesla doesn't do it, my father's RAM doesn't do it, and neither does any other modern car I've had. That's a horrible excuse from Rivian if they're really saying that...
The good news is you don't feel it at all, even when your hand is on the wheel. It's most noticeable when using Driver+.
