Curious how many owner were able to successfully pair their garage remote control with the vehicle?

I have a chamberlain garage door opener with a purple learn button and it would NOT pair with the vehicle.

I also have a gate with a simple LiftMaster control box that paired just fine.

So I am 50/50 in my house. Currently I am using my old simple clicker that actually works just fine.

Please share your experience.

I don't have a Rivian yet but we have a Subaru and an Audi that both have homelink, and neither one will pair with our garage door opener. It's an Overhead Door model with a purple learn button. I've spent hours trying to get it to work with both cars to no avail.

I have a Genie and a Ryobi garage door opener which I was able to pair with the truck. The Ryobi took two tries, but that thing is beyond touchy. The Genie paired the first try no problem.

I can't get mine to work with commercial liftmaster openers. I have tried two doors now, both times the setup wizard crashes after I press test.

I have a Genie Pro Model 1024 with a white learning button from about 2014 and I can't get the remote to pair with the truck (step 1 of 2). My guide sent me this compatibility chart a few weeks ago.

3 different garage doors, all with the same chamberlain from about 10 years ago. Took two to three tries with 2 of my chamberlain garage doors. First try with 1.
