Never been a big fan of "colors" on cars. Always been black, white, dark grey guy until Rivian.. The vibrant colors are just awesome. Congrats

The only thing holding me back is that the rivian yellow isn't the same color as the brake caliper yellow. I wish they were the same. Not to mention the rivian accent yellow.

Same basic shade but compass yellow the vehicle colour has pearl/metallic added.

Probably the closest they could match given the difference in metallic vs non-metallic finishes.

The brake calipers don't bother me but on CY, I think it would have looked better to go with black calipers with yellow compass and lettering but that would have been an additional manufacturing permutation to have to deal with so I get why they didn't.

I'm not sure what, if anything, I would do differently with the yellow accents on the badges. It gets lost on the yellow paint but not sure it would be worth deleting the accent color and I think black accents would probably be too much.

Took delivery this morning!

Absolutely in love with the car. Only issue I had was a sensor warning, but a full reset of the car took care of that right away. If any other Rivian owners in the Los Angeles area plan on doing a meet up, please let me know!
