FYI, I took delivery Monday 8/29. 2 weeks from receiving the initial 8 step notification. Chicago burbs.

R1S is great. Loving it so far. Will post a few pics later...haven't had a chance yet.

That is awesome. I'm scheduled to pick up my S at the Denver Service Center tomorrow - got my 8-step email last Friday...so it was much faster than I had anticipated.

I have to say...the easiest buying process I have ever been thru!

That didn’t take long for one to go up for auction… will be interesting to see what it goes for - I would expect it be a little higher than R1Ts at their peak. My guide says mine should be delivered in next week or two…

I am also in Denver and so far haven't even gotten my guide despite being in the AUG-SEP window. I just got done chatting to CS (Casey) and they said to give it one more week and if I haven't started the process by then for me to reach back out to them.

Guide. He recommended I change it asap, and said he'd keep a close eye on early deliveries to see if OC might be causing a delay.

But their new guidance is the updated OC does NOT cause a delay and will be in regular production.

But it's Rivian so who knows.
