They sold me OEM 20" rims for ~$625 / each. You should reach out to your local Service Center / service advisor, guide, and/or customer support.
It’s impossible to “reach out” to an SC/service advisor since end customers can’t call them directly.

Guides tell you to call the Service Line.

The Service Line says, “Ok, we’ll call the SC/Well, we called the SC and they said no you can’t buy just wheels”.

I, too, am looking for a set of inexpensive rims that I can use with snow tires, either Nokias or Michelin. Since I have never been too keen on aluminum rims, I would definitely consider a set of steel rims. Maybe pop some Moons or Baby Moons on them. Has anyone looked into this?

The replacement parts situation at Rivian is currently a mess.

I tried to purchase a new hood emblem since the original was removed to apply PPF film to the hood. I placed 3 calls to Rivian Service Support and got nowhere. They took my number and said they would call me back. Crickets so far.

The employee on the other end said this was his second hood emblem request that day. He had no clue on how to give me a price or on how to order a replacement. The local SC‘s dont have listed phone numbers that I am aware of.

Very frustrating to say the least.

Agreed that steelies are better for winter treachery, but they’re so much heavier.

As long as they are this spoke profile they will work (flat face, thinner spoke). The style number is 2363, but you can't really search for used wheels with that. Usually you will find them silver, though maybe some are painted black from the factory, or more likely painted black by other owners. You can also buy them aftermarket already painted black. There are others that have a rounded front face and a thicker spoke (style 2495) which don't clear the calipers. Those are more commonly found in black.

When you get any service done you should be getting an estimate in advance and an invoice for what was completed via email from the service center / advisor with their contact info on it. I just emailed her...

It’s been reported here that the Variant SSM-1P rims will fit in all dimensions including offset, and are available in 20”, 21” & 22”. Price for 20” is $1,900/set on their website.
But they don't offer 5x139.7 bolt pattern. So even at $1900 each they won't work.

Well, there was no option to select that bolt pattern on the dropdown on the website.
At this point we only offer them for Rivians. That said, you have a good point. I’ll ensure more clarity is added.

NTL, at $7600/set they don’t correlate to the OP.

Does that taller tire fit in the rear spare compartment fully inflated or deflated?

As a quick follow-up from my previous post. The Raceline 20x9 +18 offset wheels with 285/65 BFG A/T KO2 tires measured at just a hair under 35" diameter it seems are the absolute largest that can be comfortably run without tearing up the fender liners at wheel lock and compression. I don't have a pic at lowest ride height but here's standard ride height and compression clearance attached.
