Introducing RMaxx Running Boards & Rock Sliders for Rivian R1T / R1S from Team 1EV

So it looks like we still have to cut holes in the middle of the plastic panels, which means that if we want to remove those panels in the future, we have to remove the running boards too.

That's less than optimal. I was really hoping to avoid that situation. While I already have pucks for lifting, having to remove the running boards to get work done (by Rivian, for example) seems like it could possibly be a bad situation (and I don't want to leave the panels off).

As I suggested would be the case about 50 pages back (more like 10 )

Thanks, but still not clear what that cut out is for.... a) that part of the bracket that connects to the running board or, b) that part of the bracket that has the protruding bump for the cantilever arm? Does each bracket require one or two "cut outs"? It feels like I'm pushing rope/chain here to get clear information about all of the mods that are required to each plastic panel for all four brackets on each side of the truck. Seriously, it shouldn't be too hard to clearly answer these questions. What about the very aged "wind noise" question? Thank you.

Looks to me like it is for the part that connects to the running board and what is making it confusing is that there is a curve to the plastic cover that is hard to tell in the pictures (so it looks like it wouldnt fit).

No, this is not true. The plastic can easily be slotted and pulled off. Read above dialog, sorry gang this tread is long!

Tread plate bolts-on for a few reasons, one in particular is that looks are subjective! It is very easy for us to laser different design, no designs, custom designs. We love everyone's opinions - feedback has definitely helped sculpt our products! Don't let that tread plate worry you....it's an EASY thing for us

If the plate design is simplified, less busy, doesn't look like a religious symbol, etc., I will keep my order, but I would need to know what design my order would receive, before it is shipped to me. If that can't be done, please let me know now, so I can cancel the pre-order.

If the "Star of David" will remain, I will be canceling my pre-order for the reasons others have already stated. Thank you.
