If installations are free in Atlanta for pre-orders, they should definitely be free in Van Nuys, too. I ordered Nov 10, been patiently waiting a loooong time.

We'll have to wait for 1EV to reply to answer that. Would be nice if it applied to BOTH Atlanta and Los Angeles (Van Nuys), but their post does only say Atlanta, so no promises have been made with regards to Van Nuys.
I figure since you pickup in Georgia there is no shipping for them, where they have to ship to Van Nuys.
