Finally had the chance to take some photos of some issues which require service.

how in the world did they deliver this with the tailgate misaligned that much, the unplugged exposed wire and that interior trim peice dislodged/loose?

This needs to be seen to higher ups. Completely unacceptable for a Corolla. Mind boggling QC for a 100k SUV.

To be fair, the interior trim was not delivered that way; however, it fell down within the first 500 miles.
