They're not something I've used much, but I have successfully used them in the past (back in September or October). Since then I've had multiple service center visits for the truck, including one where they tried to replace the powered tonneau cover. Going to be tailgating tonight and I went to test my new induction cooktop...nothin. The outlets are giving me nothing at all. The outlet in the gear tunnel is working fine, as is the one in the back seat, but not the ones I actually want to use. Odds that the SC unplugged them and never plugged them in again during a tonneau repair? At least, I hope it's something that simple. Still, I'm a bit annoyed that I'll have to run an extension cord from the gear tunnel to cook tonight.

Look in the owners guide. There are breakers or fuses for them.

I’m not seeing any reference to such a thing in the owners manual. Googling just says turning off and on the outlets resets all that

Unfortuantely it sounds like you are right - they forgot to reconnect. I doubt they would have a separate circuit breaker hidden somewhere for those outlets vs gear tunnel, if there is any CB at all. Small inverters like this usually sense the overload and shutdown, and reset on powercycle as you mention.

There may actually be fuses/breakers for the 120V outlets but unfortunately Rivian doesn't want us to know where those might be. The word "fuse" is not in the owners manual and the only "breaker" reference is related to the portable charger.

7:1 odds. I have mine out of the truck right now so easy to test a theory. If you have a digital multimeter and the plugs are connected, you will read some resistance between the plug ground and ground on the truck. If it's not connected you won't read anything. Easiest ground on the body is probably pushing a sharp probe into the washer for the cable on the tailgate.
