Not anymore, but I remember being able to easily toss a couple in the back of a full size, years ago, with plenty of room to spare. ?‍

I wish I wasn't so anal about my paint. Or my bike. Otherwise I'd be all over tailgate pads.

The tailgate rubbing is my only concern, but at the end of the day, it's a truck, and I can only be so precious if I want to actually enjoy it.

This is cool, but the Race Face pad I've already got works fine and something tells me this will end up costing more than the $100 or so I paid for that one to provide pretty much the same functionality.

A buddy of mine who works closely with Rivian has mentioned that they intend on building more 1st party accessories - hence the withdrawal of the Yakima tent (perhaps), we know they're re-working the kitchen, they've released the recovery board mounts, etc. I suspect there's more to come

Very nice. Love how it basically covers all the painted area of the tailgate and the materials look quality.

Can't wait to....where the ? is the power tonneau cover?!!

I've owned several MTB tailgate pads over the years and this pad is super well designed. The design eliminates the awkward installation by adding fabric corners to the bottom of the pad that attach to the tailgate (so the pad doesn't fall forward) during installation - brilliant! In addition, the side release buckles eliminate dealing with threading straps which can be tricky. I love the clear window so that my break lights aren't covered. Camera should be okay as well. It's truly a step above anything I've used lately. If the padding is thick enough to prevent dings to my tailgate, I will be first in line to buy one.
