6/2 label created. 6/15 no updates from UPS. Pretty wild considering you took my money on April 27th.

It's called pre-order for a reason lol. Evsportline took money for running boards in November with a May delivery.

I'm relatively certain that at the time of order there was no pre-order or it will ship on XYZ date.

When the date was updated on the site it said it would ship the week of May 29th.

I'm relatively certain that at the time of order there was no pre-order or it will ship on XYZ date.

When the date was updated on the site it said it would ship the week of May 29th.

It was actually on the product page and multiple versions stating shipment progress (april, may, june etc). In any case its normal for most companies when they are developing a new products (again see EVsportline).

I get it, I was totally fine being patient and waiting until my ship date, whats not really acceptable as a vendor is to let 2 weeks go by from label creation to shipping. I know linerx is small company with a massive order backlog. This doesn't mean you can't send email updates out. I've ordered other rivian products from small companies and received proactive emails about delays, product quality issues, etc.

I know I'm going to love the mats when we get them and I'll forget all about the experience and I'll recommend them moving forward.

I really appreciate what LinerX is doing here. I'm excited to get these liners! But yes, the communication can be improved. We had these last week:

FYI: From his site, it says...

"Shipping Now
We're handling a high volume of orders, so there may be a slight delay in updates. Most orders will be delivered between June 9-14. We appreciate your patience!"

So the communication has created a lot of mismatched expectations. Not surprised if people are frustrated about that. I don't mind waiting, but it would be nice to know what to expect, and I am excited for the liners to get here! And I hope this feedback can help LinerX manage expectations in the future.

Why do you keep comparing floor mats to running boards?? EVSportline actually showed us the boards being cut and welded by hand in progress while you showed us 100s empty boxes a while ago waiting for UPS pickup which hasn’t happened. For the past 2 weeks. We are not talking pre-orders. The non-moving labels are the problem - people keep wasting their time everyday checking for progress. We need actual tracking numbers we can track and see progress. Don’t give us labels if it’s not ready to ship.

The cargo liner fits great. There's a weirdness with how the back half of the liner sits when the trunk is closed. It flops over and sits on top of the bed liner. There's no way to attach it to the door because the door surface area expands when you lower the trunk door. I'm debating cutting off that section and just not worrying about it.

Our cargo liner is foldable. You can fold the tailgate section under the upper mat when it's not being used. There's a bend in the middle that makes this pretty straightforward. You don’t have to cut it off.

so if you cut it off and attach it to the tailgate section it will stay put and you don't have to wrry about it moving (use some 3m tape).

I can see how the tracking info email is triggering to some people. My order is also in this status and I do find myself refreshing the tracking info often ?
