Hello all, my very first forum original post here, that’s not a comment on others. Anyway, I found what I think is a really good frunk storage option for the Rivian’s.

I have a R1S and loving it. Been trying out all types of bins etc to wrangle things inside the frunk. I bought these very durable, rigid walled canvas totes. They have solid support all the way around, top and bottom. Thick rope handles that are configurable for different carry styles. Adjustable divides inside for managing compartments. Best of all, two of them fit side by side, with full usability after opening the zipper-able lid. They also maximize the full usable height space within the frunk when hood is closed. Lastly, they still allow for some access to the storage underneath that shelf they sit on.

Oh! And they are made by Duluth Trading post, called Trunk Commander. I would wait for one of there online sales (happening all the time, & can get them at 30% off if patient ) to buy them as they are a little pricey, but as I mention above, really well made.

I like that! Did you try sliding them in the gear tunnel?

I like this thanks for sharing!

Not sure we'll use in the frunk as we keep stroller, a few camping chairs, outside blanket, a few other blankets and then random things for soccer including a few balls. This is just in the top section of the frunk, but those long/bulky things prohibit anything like this.

Our trunk is pretty much always completely empty unless we through the cooler back there but these look like they might be a great option for the back. If you don't mind taking a photo with it in the back that would be awesome!

How is this for speed? Took a bunch of pics, And a 4 sec vid. Different scenarios, with the third row down/up, and then with the trunk retractable cover opened /closed, etc. the tote also has clips that can be attached to the rivian carabiner floor clips, keeping it stable if only one tote with used. Also, still gives access for the second row power fold buttons.

Hey just noticed you have a parcel cover in your r1s. Did you buy it or did they give to you?

Hello, Frunk Friend! I also keep a couple of camping chairs and blankets in the frunk, and pro-tip: they fit under the frunk separator. I keep 2 chairs, 2 blankets, gear lock, and portable charger in there, and still have the entire top frunk area available for everything else.

Yea the problem is we use any and all of those items like 2-3 times a week lol. Plus the one chair that reclines and has a sunshade is too big to go under as is the stroller. Now that soccer season is done though some of that can definitely move below, great reminder!

Great find! I have a regular trunk organizer in there for every day use. It comes out in favor of a couple zipper soft duffels when camping. These look like a much better option than the duffels.

Wow, someone is looking real close at my pics. I better make sure there are no bad reflections in any future pics. Kidding aside, that’s where I keep the removable body panel, that covers the trailer hitch. So that’s the panel, nothing exciting.

I've never seen the rear view of the R1S. Are those jumpseats folded down from the sides, where the third row seats would go? They look sorta small.

I can see why people love this SUV. Lots of options for storage & configurations.
