Be prepare to be without your vehicle for 2 Weeks after drop off.Its on my service ticket as well. However, my appointment isnt until Oct. 11th... Rivian service scheduling is really a mess
I am scheduled for SC for Sep 19 for that issue - I only have sound coming out of the dash speakers. Did all the magic tricks they recommended over the phone and nada. So the current suspect is a faulty amplifier and I suppose they will be replacing itBrought my vehicle in for service and they replaced this item by themselves. Didn't know there is an issue. Anyone else?
I did not ask them to do that at all. I just saw it on my work order that they replaced it. I have a few items that need to be fixes like panel gaps and my air compressor is reading 7psi higher than it supposed to. It took them total of 1 and a half day to be done. However, my car sat at their parking lot for 10 days before they even touch it.I am scheduled for SC for Sep 19 for that issue - I only have sound coming out of the dash speakers. How long did it take them to replace yours? Also did you ask them to do it (did you have any audio related issues) or they just did it proactively?
I noticed more bass. Not what I need bcz I get subwoofer rattling on 3rd row before thisMine is at the SC and will have the amp replaced also. Was not told what the issue was resulting in the replacement. Anyone that had it serviced notice any change in audio?
Did you not have the rattling taken care of also? They're working on that for me as well.I noticed more bass. Not what I need bcz I get subwoofer rattling on 3rd row before this
Nope. The first time, they did some insulation, 2nd time, they blamed it on some loose bottles that they found on the 3rd row passenger seat. When u get there. Tell them they need to turn on songs with high bass like starboy from the weekend. Put a damn stick note on the screen.Did you not have the rattling taken care of also? I have the in house system. Now I'm a bit curious... for those who've had amplifier replacements, do you have the original Meridian system, or the new Rivian Elevation system?
I'm wondering if they use the same amplifier hardware, but with a different software configuration based upon OEM spec for the vehicle (Meridian vs Rivian).
My go to is Intergalactic which I'll be sure to blast the moment I pick up the car.Nope. Will do. FYI my car is at the Orlando SC.please keep me update of what they did because the Dallas service center is really bad at this.
